Numerous scientific collaborations with prestigious foreign research groups have been set up by members of the teaching staff and are aimed at deepening specific research topics. As part of the teaching-scientific activities, PhD students are expected to spend a period of study and research lasting a maximum of 12 months at university and research institutions in Europe and the USA.
The Academic Council will be responsible for proposing the doctoral student’s study plan and authorising research training at a Host Institution.
