Tutors

The scientific training path of PhD students requires that all PhD students carry out research activities at the University structures. To this end, all PhD students will be entrusted to a supervisor called Tutor.

The PhD student will be constantly monitored by the Tutor during his/her training activity. The method of monitoring the research activities and the PhD student's training includes face-to-face meetings in which the progress of the PhD student's training and research activity will be critically discussed in order to make any changes to the training path.

The PhD student's activities may include, from time to time and with the approval of the Tutor, collaboration with other researchers involved in multidisciplinary projects. The Tutors will be identified by the Academic Board among the professors and researchers in service at the University structures pertaining to the Research Doctorate.
